Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
